The Burn is seeking two Food and Beverage Assistants who will work with the front of house and the kitchen teams assisting in setting up breakfast and lunch service.

This is a varied, customer-facing, sleeves-rolled-up role, working across all areas of food and beverage service. The roles involve serving food, helping in pot wash, and setting up for service over breakfast and lunch on weekdays (other shifts may be available in evenings and weekends). Some knowledge of food safety would be advantageous although all necessary training will be given. You should be happy in a front of house role, meeting and greeting guests/diners who may be experiencing their first ever visit to Scotland.
