Introduction
The Burn mansion house is a group venue which is often used by universities as an academic study retreat. It also offers wonderful holiday accommodation for large family groups or a number of families and friends who want to gather together.
The large reception rooms have spectacular views across the idyllic grounds. There is a total of 20 bedrooms, each with complementary tea and coffee making facilities and central heating. Wi-Fi is available in all the main reception rooms.

Ground Floor: Entrance hall, spacious drawing room, formal dining room, bar, library, and WCs. There is also 1 twin en suite bedroom with disabled access.
First Floor: 16 guest bedrooms and 36 beds.
Second Floor: 4 guest bedrooms with 9 beds and a games room with a full-sized snooker table, a dartboard, table tennis, and a pool table.
Catering
Dinner, bed and breakfast are included in the price. The food provided will be from a set menu and the options will be sent to you in advance of your stay. Social distancing and hygiene measures will be in place during dining.
Packed lunches and/or tea and scones can be ordered for a small additional cost. Dietary requirements can, of course, be accommodated with advance notice.
